14-Day Refund Policy

A one-time 14-day refund is available to both individuals and legal entities. No reason is required. The policy is subject to the following conditions:

  • One refund per customer/account.
  • No refunds for suspended servers due to AUP, TOS violations or legal takedown.
  • No refunds for cryptocurrency payments.
  • No refunds for extra features (IPs, extra bandwidth or traffic package, licenses, manual labor).
  • No refund if service usage clearly exceeds evaluation (e.g., 95% of bandwidth consumed).

How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your client area.
  2. Cancel the service you'd like to refund.
  3. Create a new support ticket addressed to the Billing department with the subject: 14-Day Refund.
  4. Write in free form that you'd like to request a refund. No justification is required.

We'll review your request within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you originally used.
